Nomination and Selection Process

  • Nomination Procedure: Applicants or nominators should complete the nomination form (link provided below) with comprehensive details on the nominee’s work, achievements, and impact in their respective field. Supporting documents, testimonials, and media may be included to enhance the application.
  • Selection Criteria: The judging panel comprises esteemed leaders from the healthcare, research, and advocacy fields who will evaluate nominees based on innovation, impact, dedication, and measurable outcomes in diabetes care or awareness.
  • Recognition Ceremony: Winners will be honored in a E-Certificate Manner on World Diabetes Day, November 14th, where they will receive a plaque and certificate of recognition.
